All
"managed hosting" labor services including, but not limited to, server configuration,
software installation, software updates, server updates, server maintenance,
diagnosing hosting related issues, diagnosing internet connectivity issues,
domain name management, DNS management, SMTP management, SSL certificates,
email configuration, and server replication setup, etc, unless
specifically defined as included within a fixed price project are billed on a time and material basis for actual hours.
Managed hosting
services will only be performed at your request.
Managed hosting services are billed in ¼ hour increments, minimum of ¼ hour.
AllMerchants
requires that a current AllMerchants Billing Policy agreement be in place in
order to provide managed hosting services.
Fees for Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting and Online Storage are separate services and are paid directly to third party providers.
